# Scope Document · Atlas Rebrand

Lead: D. Chen
Studio: Design Guild

## Section 1 · Approach
The work runs in three phases. Each phase ends with a sponsor review gate before the next begins.

## Section 2 · Phases
### Phase 1 · Discovery
- Stakeholder interviews, competitive audit, and a brand workshop
- Deliverable: a positioning brief and creative direction
- Owner: Design Guild strategy lead
- Duration: 3 weeks

### Phase 2 · Design
- Logo, color system, typography, and a component-level brand guideline
- Two rounds of concept review with the sponsor
- Deliverable: final identity kit and guidelines
- Owner: Design Guild creative director
- Duration: 5 weeks

### Phase 3 · Rollout
- Rebuild the marketing site on the new identity
- Update social profiles, email templates, and the sales deck
- Deliverable: launched site and a handoff pack
- Owner: D. Chen with Design Guild build team
- Duration: 4 weeks

## Section 3 · Out of scope
- The in-app product UI redesign. A migration plan is a deliverable, but applying the identity inside the app is a separate future project.
- Paid media and campaign creative.

## Section 4 · Assumptions
- One dedicated reviewer from the sponsor's side, available within two business days per gate.
- Content and photography sourced during Phase 2 so Rollout is not blocked.
