Yes. Free includes up to 2 Bases, 1 GB of storage, and 500 credits that never expire, with full knowledge-graph enrichment, share links, the AI endpoint, and one intention check per Base. No card, no sales call.

Every plan comes with a credit balance: 500 to start on Free, 900 a month on Pro and per seat on Team. Everything a Base does draws from it at the rates above, whether that is reading a document, rebuilding after a change, a deeper answer, a message in the chat, or an intention check. Top-ups add to it whenever you like. Opening a Base, searching it, sharing it, and Quick answers never draw from it.

A fixed amount of model work, about what reading two pages takes: about half a credit per 2,000 characters of text or 200 spreadsheet rows, and about double for a scanned page or image. Every action settles on the work it actually took rather than a price set in advance; the rate card below says what each one typically costs.

Build a few real Bases and keep them current. Build a Base: 25–65 credits. Keep it current: 20–25 credits. A week of questions: 30–90 credits. Find missing knowledge: 60–230 credits. The intention check is the one action that scales with the size of the Base, so a large deal room costs more per check than a short brief.

Almost nothing. Reading is cached by content, so a document with the same text is not read again; only the rebuild runs, about 4 credits. A revised document is read again only where its text changed.

Yes. On Pro and Team you can add monthly credits to your subscription in blocks of 300 for $8 a month each, from the plan card. They renew with your plan and expire with the month, which is why they cost less than a top-up. Change or remove them any time; the difference is prorated.

Free includes one intention check per Base. Pro and Team run as many as your credits cover.

Monthly credits reset on your billing date. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire, and neither do Free's starting credits; they stay in your balance until you use them. Monthly credits are always spent first.

Everything you built stays published, shareable, and readable, and Quick answers keep working. Reading new documents, deeper answers, and intention checks wait. On Free that means until you upgrade; on Pro and Team you can top up at any time, or turn on auto top-up so a fixed refill is bought whenever your balance falls below a line you choose. A monthly spend cap on the account or on a single Base keeps a busy month from surprising you either way.

Yes. Upgrades apply at once. A downgrade or cancellation returns the account to Free limits at the end of the period; nothing is deleted, you keep every Base and file, and share links stay live.

Pro removes the Base limit, raises storage to 100 GB, and includes 900 credits a month, plus the three things that matter when you share outside your own team: choosing who sees which files, putting your own logo, name, and brand colors on what recipients receive, and seeing who opened a Base and when. Free tells you how many people opened it; Pro tells you which ones.

Team is Pro billed per seat, plus centralized billing, roles, and teammate invitations. Choose Pro if you are the only person creating Bases; choose Team if several people need to create them under one invoice.

No. Enrichment runs on every tier, including Free: the cited overview, key facts, timeline, and entity graph, with every claim grounded in a verbatim quote from your own documents. Credits measure how much work a Base does, not whether it can. If you run out, everything you built stays published and readable; reading new documents simply waits until you buy more credits or upgrade.

Yes, on every tier. Each Base exposes an endpoint that ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP-compatible clients can connect to, and it honors the same access, download, expiration, and revocation controls as the share link itself.

On Pro and Team. Each Base gets its own address; forward a message or CC the address on a thread, and anything sent by someone on the guest list is read into the Base. Mail from anyone else is logged for you to accept or discard, never added on its own.

Yes, on every plan, Free included. Set a price on the share link, once or monthly, from $1. Buyers pay Base, Base keeps 10% plus card processing fees, and the rest is paid out to your bank through Stripe. Buyers read and connect their AI; only you and your collaborators write. A monthly buyer who cancels keeps access to the end of the period; a one-time buyer keeps it for as long as the Base is published.
